really lazy service in here. i booked with a third party that had 100km per day limit, they didn't offer to book with them directly and receive unlimited km and then i had to return to sign a new agreement for unlimited km. also charged me $100 dollar cleaning fee for dog hair. simple phone call to advise me they were not happy with the condition, would have given me the option to take it across the road to the wash across the road....
