I have been to many different dentists since I was 2 yrs olds and decided to change dentist again after many unpleasant and painful experiences. As a result I am very nervous about going to the dentist but I can say this was the first time I had not felt the work being done on my tooth. I felt very calm and relaxed without any pain or discomfort( could have nearly fell asleep). The staff are lovely and seem very experienced, and the added bonus of a tv screen to watch while the work is being done. Would 100% recommend to anyone and wish I had found them sooner.
I have been suffering with tooth pain for six months but dread going to the dentist so I kept putting it off but it kept getting worse. I'm so glad I decided to go to Spencer Family Dental - all the staff were very professional and helped me relax the whole time. There was no pain (AT ALL) during the procedure and I can now eat and brush my teeth without fear of that stabbing tooth pain coming back. I can't recommend Spencer Family Dental enough - I wish I went in six months ago!!!
5 stars is not enough! The ladies in reception are very empathetic and always make me feel welcome (even when I turn up on the wrong day). Dentist Sohail is gentle, considerate, and mindful of any anxiety I may be having during procedures. He explains options clearly and patiently answers my questions. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
