We went in to get a price match waited at least 30 minutes to be seen in the computer section...to be told that sure we will price match if the product is in stock I will check for you .... no sorry there out of stock. I then asked whats the best price you can do for cash , which was then replied by oh we cant change the price that is set... so I said no worries I will go get it from office works . She said but there out of stock. I told her there not Ive brought from them before and walk out ... save two hundred dollars buy buying from office works Harvey Norman you just lost a large sale.

We were running late due to unforseen circumstances to get to the store to pick up an online order. We were coming from Perth and i called the store to see if they would wait a few minutes for us. A fine employee (Bo?) said he would personally wait outside for us and that he would have our order ready to collect. We ended up arriving a few minutes early but it was really nice of him to accommodate us when it wasnt his fault that we were running late. Thank you for being nice!
Sold us an end of range laptop by blatantly giving us incorrect information about its capabilities ,which was disappointing as we would rather trust the sales people than take a chance buying electronics online . When it did not preform as promised they did swop it out for the one we originally wanted, but very grudgingly the whole experience left a very sour tast in our mouths. Be very careful and do your own research as the sale staff are sales driven and will sell you the wrong thing if you are uninformed .You have been warned!
Appalled by the no service we received in the entertainment area/gaming. A quiet Sunday, staff talking with each other and did not acknowledge us. Customer service satisfaction 0.
