This is about their communication & installation of a product called Solakool air conditioners. Which they have now removed there responsibility for. Went with Ford & Doonan in the end who have been brilliant.

They installed my system in May 2016. I appreciated that Glen could answer my questions (being an electrical engineer) - not just do quotes. I have called in to ask questions since then, and always find them professional and helpful.

Please if you are going to sell Solar get your information right and use qualified sales men, you got so many things wrong on the application to Western Power its no surprise they rejected it NOT ONCE did you follow this up to check your facts on why it was REJECTED, this was left up to me which took hours of my time to find out our place was compliant.Quote was for a 5 kw inverter and panelsISSUES Copy of my quote was a photo off the salesmans cell phone, how about a proper PDF?Mains cable was significantly the wrong size on the application almost 40% too smallMains length was wrong by 30 m an error of about 30%The house and address on your application to Western Power was not even our house but a place 26 km away from us.The only option under your quote was to go with a 3 kw system to comply or to DIG UP AND REPLACE our mains cable, a significant cost to us considering our place was actually compliant
