Always pleasant staff and a variety of items that are cheap.
I purchased a lamp and it fell apart right after we had assembled it. $100 odd dollars down the drain. The staff are hit and miss with their customer service skills. A few are very helpful, but one in particular was unpleasant to deal with on a few occasions. It's not hard to be polite to customers.
Great shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful ;) The staff here is fantastic and will always make me go back to this shop. Great variety of products and there is always something on special.
Front counter customer service was absolutely appalling from an older staff member. Unfortunately I have experienced her rudeness, and I've heard from others that they have been made to feel unwelcome in the store as well. There are some lovely staff working there though, just a shame that one person can ruin it for many people.
