HBF in general, not Bunbury office, they close the busselton office, & the Bunbury office doesnt open late or stay open Saturday .

New staff, does not know anything about the system and any products. Does not know how to speak to a customer. Does not have proper customer service ethics. Sat us down for over 40 min to say she doesn't know anything and needs someone's help.How come the manager allowed this kind of staff deal with customers if she is not trained at all. How does that reflect HBF s reputation?
