Location and staff are fantastic, room very clean and tidy.Was staying for 7 nights and was disappointed there was NO comfortable seating to relax and watch tv or read.Only seating was 2x dinning chairs. Asked at reception was it possible to get a sofa or bucket chairs as shown in photos of room, after staff checked with manager was told only dinning chairs available. This was disappointing and made it a uncomfortable stay as we had nowhere to sit. Given our length of stay we wrongly assumed all rooms had sofas or air chairs. Woud definitely return if comfortable seating was offered.

Quaint and cosy premises with wonderfully friendly staff. Booked a room in the Lodge. Shared living, reading and seating areas and balcony. Very well appointed, good sized room. Beautiful ceiling roses and lighting. The bathroom is huge and contains large spa bath, separate toilet. Bed is comfy. Air-conditioning is quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities. Could have a few more coat hangers... only had 3. Lots of pillows. Adequate parking. Reception available till 9pm. Free WiFi.
A great place to stay and very reasonably priced. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, neat and tidy amenities. Henry's Cafe down the road is an absolute saviour. Proximity to the beach would be great in summer. Will stay again.
