Worst / Poor Customer Service. Should be reported to Commerce Commission. Due to very poor customer service from this company, and no delivery of our box of Christmas Presents for our grandchildren in Melbourne, we gave a candid review of their service. We were then threatened that if we did not take down our review they would not finally deliver the parcel which had then reached Melbourne 3 weeks late. Bad and Threatening behaviour is not deemed acceptable customer service.
I had boxes sent from Bunbury to Hobart. I asked and was promised they would be wrapped in plastic. They never arrived when stated they would and I and the person in Hobart had to chase up ourselves as Bunbury personnel didn't. When finally arrived the boxes were not wrapped and SO damaged they were falling apart. I rang Bunbury and stated I wanted compensation . They couldn't have cared less. They were supposed to be getting back to me.I AM STILL WAITING!!!Diane Courtney
The worst experience i have ever had in dealing with any business i sent a parcel from Bunbury branch nearly 6 weeks ago to Vietnam it was never delivered i asked for the parcel to be returned and was promised a few that it was on it's way back but the parcel is still in Vietnam without any attempt beeing made to return the parcel i was promised a return of the money i paid for delivery of the parcel but even that's not happening i have been told many lies in the last few weeks dealing with Phil and Katrina now i have lodged a complaint against the pack and send branch with consumer protection office in Bunbury. Let's see what happens.next i will start court proceedings against the company
From start to finish Phil and Katrina delivered exceptional, personal service. They are so easy to deal with, helpful and totally understand the importance of getting your delivery to you on time, even if it means going to the ends of the earth and back! I cannot say enough good things about them and I will certainly be using them again in the future. Highly Recommend!
If you want to receive excellent service and attention to detail, these are the people to help you out. Catriona helped me out greatly when she didn't even need to - outside work hours in her own time just to make sure my special delivery made it on time before Xmas. There are not many businesses would make that effort, so thanks crew. You are totally awesome, especially Catriona.
