Just took my ford ranger there to fix the door latches for the recall an ask them to check if my turbo heat shield was under warranty an wasn't told that it would cost me $77 if it's not under warranty to check this until I picked my car up poor communication not happy will never go back there unless I have to for another recall fingers crossed I don't have to ps just found out child lock was not engaged affter being there my 2 year old son had open the door while my partner was driving my car taking our son to daycare I was horrified when I found this out
