My referal was sent to Dr. Smith. Spoke with reception, enquiring what is going on with it. They informed me that they hadnt received it. Spoke to the hospital who can confirm it was faxed and it even was stamped okay. I rang back to inform them that it was sent and that i was unhappy with the way they handled it. To say the receptionist was extremely rude to me is an understatement.Highly disappointed with Dr. Smith and his team. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to their patients.The way they handled my referal was extremely poor. I would give a 0 star rating if i could.
