Dr Heyworth was particularly attentive to an issue I have about which he could have quite easily referred me to my GP. Instead he listened and has written to my GP to ensure that the issue is dealt with it hasn't been taken seriously previously by my GP. Today I contacted SW Eye Surgeons and spoke to Linda about the correspondence to be sent to my GP. Linda was one of the most professional, courteous and helpful administration staff I have come across. Usually one has to be a little assertive to progress what is needed but she was able to empathise without much information and asked all the right questions. She resolved my issue, I can't thank her enough. She was the same when I visited the Centre for my appointment.Thank youAnita Dyas
