The worse customer service experience won't go back. Staff rude and don't want to help.
Waited for 2 1/2 hours for prints....the staff didn't even acknowledge I was standing there....a line of people waiting to pay and an older gentleman may as well not have turned up to work yesterday....just looked through everyone then didn't smile or apologise once he took your money....been going there for a long time doing photos but may need to rethink if the service is ever that bad again... one lady was running around trying to do everything but doing nothing well whilst the two young ladies refused to make eye contact or work faster to assist....I had to get right in her face and speak loudly "have you found my photos yet" and even then no eye contact or apology....A staff member called the manager to the desk six times for a customer with no response - no wonder I had the most frustrating sad two and half hours of my life i can remember....You have a great store with amazing product work on customer service please
