Great service, very patient and helpful with those (like me) who aren't so tech savvy... Highly recommend them.
I wish I could give zero stars, these people are the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent morons I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They should NOT be Apple Techs at all since they refuse to actually adhere to warranties, block customers numbers for absolutely no reason and try to rip people off by claiming they did ridiculous things like remove the screws from their own laptops!! Seriously, AVOID these scam artists if at all possible and be sure to report them to Apple if they try to screw you over too.
Had my MacbookPro repaired under warranty with these guys. Smooth and very friendly service. Computer survey, part ordered and repaired all within a week. Highly recommended!!
