So disappointed!!I had an house viewing appointment and they cancel it just 2hours before it without any apology..Isnt it that hard to say sorry when you cancel the appointment?Here is the copy of the text he sent me below for a proof....Hi Kyu, we have you booked to view our rental property at xx Frankel Street today at 4.20pm. This is a courtesy message to let you know that this property has now been rented so we're cancelling the viewing. We could show you another property at that time if there are any others that you think may be suitable. Xx Joel Crescent, South Bunbury is similar. Please let me know if you'd like to view this today instead. Thanks Tam @ Harcourts Real Estate 14:33 received Moreover, the house he recommended is not even close to the word similar at all.He says 3x2x1 and 2x1x1 are similarWell,,, I think hed better go to school to learn English and public manners.I hope that not the all staff of this company is like him.

It was extremely frustrating dealing with harcourts in regards to ending our lease, the individual we had to deal during this process acted in a very juvenile manner making what should have been a short process much longer. Please work on your manner when it comes speaking with clients.
I think that any business that puts back into the community like Harcourts do has a genuine interest in their community. Such people should be trusted especially when making large purchases such as property etc. Harcourts out of their interest in the Bunbury community sponsored showjumping events at the 2018 Bunbury Show. They would certainly be my first port of call when dealing with any property in the region.
