Its almost impossible to get hold of your own property manager as she will ALWAYS be on lunch or out of the office And expect to have someone different every timeBTW they thought i was happy about there service and actually asked my to put a review on there google so if your seeing lots of good one thats the only reason why

As a company that states they only do property management, we find it shocking that so many errors have been allowed during our 2 year tenancy.Including; lost keys, not being informed the owner was coming over at 9am on a weekend, lights left on during inspections, personal information about other tenants being shared with us, not sending through water bill, not providing an accurate vacating report, and the list goes on.Easily the worst rental agency we've dealt with
