All aspects of the customer service were excellent from making the appointment through to the tyre change. The price of the tyres was very competitive. I was late for my appointment but Steve still managed to fit me in later in the day, despite all the bays being full at the time. Steve explained why I needed four tyres not two, made sure I was agreeable to all four being replaced, he checked the brakes, the service history and provided a quote and explanation of the next service. He was courteous, helpful and professional and despite being under a great deal of pressure with existing customers, telephone ringing and new customers arriving he remained very helpful and professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them very highly.

These guys are easy to do business with and their central booking people were quick to answer and confirm that my tyres were in stock. The job was done the same day, on time and the result is a nice driving car due to professional fitting and alignment. Thanks guys..
